  • Material Inspection: All raw fabrics are tested for GSM, colorfastness, and shrinkage before cutting.

  • In-Line Monitoring: Real-time checks during the stitching, printing, embroidery, sublimation process.

  • Final Audit: Every piece is inspected for thread tension, measurement accuracy, and logo placement.

  • Liability: Design Plus is fully liable for any manufacturing defects or deviations from approved mockups. Claims must be filed within 15 days of shipment receipt.

  • Logistics: Sharing your address and phone number with DHL, FedEx, or UPS for delivery.

  • Payments: Secure processing through bank transfers or authorized payment gateways.

Sampling & Prototype Policy:
“Design Plus” always appreciate their valued clients for new development and help them to assist their new development which cause of growing their business and market reputation as well as market new competition.

  • New Developments: We provide free samples for new product developments (shipping costs may apply).

  • Approval: Mass production only begins once the client has digitally or physically approved the final prototype.

  • Lead Times: Standard sampling takes 7–10 days; bulk production typically ranges from 3–4 weeks depending on order volume.
